The Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy of Skechers South Asia Private Limited (“Skechers”)

allows you to return, cancel products ordered from the Skechers’ website,

(“Site”) on conditions stated below:

You may choose to return the products (except the non-Returnable products as mentioned

hereinbelow) within a period of 10 days from the date of delivery of product. In case you

return the products within the said period, the amount paid for the product will be refunded

to you in accordance with the Refund Policy.

In the event you receive any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly

different from what was ordered, you do notify us within the aforementioned period of

10 days.

Your right to return the product(s) shall apply exclusively to the products that are returned in

the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if

  1. the product has been used; or
  2. for products that are not in the same condition as when the products were delivered or
  3. if they have been damaged/ tampered.

You are requested to return the products along with all their original packaging. In any case,

you must send the product to be returned together with the receipt/ invoice that was received

when the product was delivered.

Below products are not eligible for returns:

  1. Socks
  2. Products that have been used
  3. Products damaged due to misuse of product or products having incidental damages due to malfunctioning
  4. Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually
  5. Accessories

Please note that we do not provide any product exchanges or replacements through the Site.

For exchanging size of Product(s) purchased through the Site, please visit our Skechers’

Exclusive Store, nearest to your location along with the Product in unused condition and its

accessories, tags, outer box, intact barcode, original tax invoice, within 10 days from the date of delivery.

For manufacturing defect of footwear, the footwear can be returned within 90 days from the

date of purchase with supporting images and detailed description of the issue with copy of the

original invoice.

After a return request is submitted, Skechers team will then inspect the product to determine

if the condition of the footwear is due to a manufacturing defect or not. Skechers’ decision

with respect to the claim / product shall be final.

In case of return, you are required to follow the steps as mentioned in the FAQs related to

Return Process or you may contact our Customer Care Team at

Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for pick-up of the product through an

assigned logistics service provider and your refund to be processed upon the receipt and

quality check of the returned product. It may take around 4 -6 business days to process your

request for return of products. You will receive an email or SMS notification on your email

address or registered mobile number.

In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of

the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be

solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.

a. You may cancel your order prior to the product being shipped for delivery. No cancellation is

permitted subsequently. If an order has been successfully cancelled, you will be sent a

confirmation email or SMS on your email address or mobile number provided to us.

b. We reserve the right to cancel your order in certain unforeseen circumstances,

which may inter alia include without limitation the following:

1. Your failure to comply with these conditions or breach of any of the policies / terms referred


  1. Technical errors or issue
  2. Malpractices used to place the order
  3. Order is undelivered after three (3) attempts
  4. EMI offer, if any, is rejected by the bank

Pricing or specifications on any product as is shown on the Site due to any technical glitch,

resulting into incorrect pricing or specifications.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion,

to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any further liability. On such

cancellation, you will receive a notification through email or SMS at the email address or

mobile number provided to us.

We reserve the right to remove any product from the Site at any time and to remove or modify

any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to

process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process

an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from the Site, or

for removing or modifying any material or content from the Site or not processing an order

once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

Availability of Products - All product orders are subject to availability.

Refunds are provided on cancellation / return of products in accordance with the Return or

Cancellation Policy of Skechers. Given the same, the refunds would be initiated as under:



Cancellation by you prior to the product being shipped

you will receive a refund for the amount paid by you in respect of  your cancelled orders

Return of goods within 10 days from the date of delivery of products

The amount paid by you for the said product shall be refunded

Return of defective goods

The amount paid by you for the said product shall be refunded

            depends on various banking and payment channels. Interest charged by the bank providing the

            EMI Scheme, until the time the request for return or cancellation is raised, will not be

            refunded. We are not responsible for any errors or delays in refund due to banks or any third-

             party service provider.

            the refund amount is transferred to your source account. Refunds are paid back to the source

            of payment. Refund for payments made by modes other than Cash on Delivery, which fail

             when processed back to source may be refunded by National Electronic Funds Transfer

             (“NEFT”) to your bank account. All payments done through Gift Vouchers (GV), whether in part

             or full, will be refunded by way of GV only. Subject to the terms of the Return Policy, in the

             event if any refund is approved by the Skechers team due to the manufacturing defect of the

              product as per the terms of Skechers’ policy, the refund shall be provided by way of GV.

            payment (credit or debit card or net banking) is no longer valid, we will issue the refund

            through a GV.  We are not liable for any errors or delays in refund due to your bank account

            not being valid / closed as stated herein. 

            You explicitly give your consent to receive communications (by SMS, email, or other mode of

            communication) sent to you by us. However, you may withdraw your consent any time at your

            sole discretion.

            Skechers reserves the right to amend to this policy. Any dispute in relation to this return,

            cancellation and refund policy shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
