Can I add item or change size after placing an order?
Currently, we do not have an option where a customer can add a new item to an existing order. Instead, you may place a new order and return/cancel the existing order.
To change size, customer can visit any nearest Skechers exclusive store along with invoice and product in unused condition within 15 days from product delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?
The shipping address cannot be changed once the order Is successfully placed.
What emails/SMS can I expect once my order has been placed?
An e-mail/SMS confirming that the order has been placed successfully and package is getting ready.
An email/SMS confirming that the order has been shipped along with a tracking link.
An e-mail confirming that your order has been successfully delivered.
What taxes will be levied on the transactions?
All our prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of taxes. Taxes are calculated based on the prevailing GST regime. Taxes may change based on the governments regulations and notifications.

How long does delivery take?
The orders are normally shipped within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. The order will be delivered to the customers within 7-10 working days from the date of shipment to serviceable locations.
Why is my order not getting shipped?
Here are a few possible reasons as to why we are unable to ship your order:
The product(s) you ordered is out of stock.
The product(s) did not meet quality norms before dispatch. We do not ship products to our customers which do not meet our quality standards.
Your pin code might not be serviceable temporarily.
How much will delivery cost?
Currently the delivery is free for you as the shipping charge is borne by us.

How do I clean my Skechers shoes?

Remove the laces and insoles (wherever possible).
Create a soapy mixture by combining water at room temperature and a small amount of mild detergent.
Place the footwear in the mesh laundry bag to keep them from banging around in your washer. Close the bag and drop the bag into machine and Select low spin option.
Rinse washes the footwear properly.
Once the wash cycle is complete, take out the footwear from the shoe bag and get it natural air dry.
Don't put footwear in the machine dryer.
Don’t use artificial means of drying.
