• Browse the website to choose the product of your choice - by using the search bar or using the navigation on home page under men,women,kids or sale,or you may click on the content on the home page to lead you to the selected range.
• Go through the product details carefully once you land on the product detail page, select your size, Colour, and add to "cart"
• You will have the option to create an account, or you may sign in to proceed if you are registered user
• Carefully enter your detailed shipping address with landmarks and pin code to make it easier for our courier to track the address.
• Please check the discounts/promotions added to your cart, if any and make sure that you check the total amount and number of products added to your cart before proceeding.
• While checking out to complete the online payment, you will be redirected to our online payment partner payU Money.
• Next, select the payment option. (Net-Banking/Debit/Credit Card/UPI/Gift Vouchers, etc.)
• Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be placed successfully. You will receive a confirmation SMS & Email with your order details.

Can I add item or change size after placing an order?

• Currently, we do not have an option where a customer can add a new item to an existing order. Instead, you may place a new order and return/cancel the existing order.
• To change size, customer can visit any nearest Skechers exclusive store along with invoice and product in unused condition within 15 days from product delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?

• The shipping address cannot be changed once the order Is successfully placed.

What emails/SMS can I expect once my order has been placed?

• An e-mail/SMS confirming that the order has been placed successfully and package is getting ready.
• An email/SMS confirming that the order has been shipped along with a tracking link.
• An e-mail confirming that your order has been successfully delivered.

What taxes will be levied on the transactions?

• All our prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of taxes. Taxes are calculated based on the prevailing GST regime. Taxes may change based on the government’s regulations and notifications.

How long does delivery take?

• The orders are normally shipped within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. The order will be delivered to the customers within 7-10 working days from the date of shipment to serviceable locations.

Why is my order not getting shipped?

Here are a few possible reasons as to why we are unable to ship your order:

• The product(s) you ordered is out of stock.
• The product(s) did not meet quality norms before dispatch. We do not ship products to our customers which do not meet our quality standards.
• Your pin code might not be serviceable temporarily.

How much will delivery cost?

• Currently the delivery is free for you as the shipping charge is borne by us.

How can I cancel my order?

Please Note: If the order is not invoiced/shipped, then it will be cancelled immediately. In case the delivery is attempted, you can refuse to accept the order and refund will be initiate within 2-3 working day

What should I do if I’m not able to apply my Gift Voucher?

• Our Gift vouchers work only on specific products.
• Please read the Terms and Conditions that come with your voucher to check whether the voucher applies to your order or not.
• Make sure you have entered the voucher code exactly as it appears. It's easy to make mistakes if you enter the code manually.

How do I return my product(s)?

• Login To your Skechers.in Account
• Click on My Orders
• Select the product you wish to return
• Click on Return Product
• Please Note-In case of partial payment, i.e.: - If Gift Voucher is used, your entire amount will be refunded in Gift Voucher Only

Within how many days can I return my order?

• You can return all items purchased on skechers.in up to 10 days from the date of delivery. Please note that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original condition. Used products will not be considered for returns.

Can I exchange my product(s)?

• Currently, we do not have an item exchange policy. Customers can only exchange Size by visiting any nearest Skechers exclusive store along with invoice and product in unused condition within 10 days from product delivery.

How Can I Return Skechers.in purchased Item?

Skechers India is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of your order delivery date. Will my Gift voucher be refunded if I return/ cancel the order?

• Yes, the Gift voucher will be refunded in case of returns and cancellations. If there is an option of re-activation, the voucher would be re-activated.
• Note: -For return orders in full payment mode like Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking or Lazy pay/BNPL, refund will get process in same payment mode. How do I clean my Skechers shoes?

• Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a soft brush or towel.
• Remove the laces and insoles (wherever possible).
• Create a soapy mixture by combining water at room temperature and a small amount of mild detergent.
• Place the footwear in the mesh laundry bag to keep them from banging around in your washer. Close the bag and drop the bag into machine and Select low spin option.
• Rinse washes the footwear properly.
• Once the wash cycle is complete, take out the footwear from the shoe bag and get it natural air dry.

Dont's

• Don't put footwear in the machine dryer.
• Don’t use artificial means of drying.
