Given the rapidly evolving coronavirus crisis and the importance in curbing the spread of the virus, we have decided to temporarily close Skechers stores as well as our online store in India effective 24.03.20 until further notice.

The Skechers Return Policy allows you to return any Skechers product in their unused, original condition for a full refund of its retail value. We accept all returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Returns can take a total of 10-12 business days for processing once received at our facility, which comprises of 3-5 business days for clearing inspection & thereafter 5-7 business days for refund to be credited to the original payment method.
Products purchased directly from SKECHERS.IN are only eligible for a refund.

If product is an unused condition, it can be exchanged within 15 days from date of delivery with original bill, product packing and barcode intact.
For manufacturing defects, products can be exchanged within 90 days from the date of purchase with supporting images and detailed description of the issue with copy of the original invoice.
Kindly maintain the original packing of the product received in case of any return.
